Returns Policy

Refund or replacement is only available in the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Our products are produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if wrong size is ordered or if you change your mind.

 

Once your order is delivered you will receive an email with instructions in case you need to return or replace an item.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. For orders outside of this area, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Currently we are not offering shipping outside of the US and are unable to process orders outside of the shipping area. In time this policy may change and will be updated to reflect the new policy.

Production times may vary depending on the item, but typically take 1-3 days, after production is complete your order will be shipped once production is complete. Depending on selected shipping method the product will arrive between 2 to 8 business days after production is complete.

Tracking details will be provided via email once production is complete (1-3 days after order is placed)

All Shipping addresses

The following shipping address requirements are applicable to all destinations:

-The shipping address must be in Latin characters.
-The limit for Address Line 1 is 35 characters, and for Address Line 2, it is 30 characters.
-Address validation services are not provided. Therefore, it is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
-We do not offer delivery to PO Box addresses
